uninstalling an app?

I got my zenwatch yesterday and Jawbone Up is installed on the watch, though not my phone. I did have it installed briefly on my phone when they announced support for Pebble a few months back, but quickly uninstalled it. It appears that somehow triggered it being installed to an Android Wear device, but I can't figure out how to get it off, only how to block notifications. Thanks!

you can download wear app manager to see the apps installed on your watch, unfortunately the jawbone app is baked into the watch and doesn't look like it can be removed, only disabled.
