What is decrypt.zip and why must we flash it ?
My old phone i flashed only TWRP

normally when you done flashing rom and when you boot for the first time, your phone will force to encrypt your data.
to make sure this didn't happen, you must flash decrypt.zip

if your device is encrypted, your data will eat your storage(big file size)

PROBLEM

I flasehd recovery twrp : Ok
PS C:\adb\unlock> .\fastboot flash recovery recovery-X01BD.img
target reported max download size of 536870912 bytes
sending 'recovery' (59492 KB)...
OKAY [ 1.308s]
writing 'recovery'...
OKAY [ 0.451s]
finished. total time: 1.763s

- power off the device and go to recovery by pressing volume down + power button :
- Device will boot into recovery : i arrive at asus stock recovery not twrp recovery.

Must it boot on stock or on TWRP recovery at this moment ??

- Wipe > Format data : i dit it from stock recovery

- Install > Flash decrypt.zip and magisk.zip that we copied to sdcard and reboot
i flash (from stock recovery)
but error messages (footer is wrong, signature verification failed, error 21, ...installation aborted ...for the 2 files.

What is the problem ?

i see the device when i enter adb or fastboot devices , i flashed TWRP so i think the drivers are ok

My phone is X01BDA and www 186

OK NOW : AFTER A LOT of TRIES IT WORKS !!! I get TWRP. THe only things that i found was to change from USB 3.0 port on my computer to USB 2.0 ..

I'm having a problem in flashing TWRP. after flashing in fastboot, it stays in stock recovery. how to flash the TWRP properly?
Flash twrp, reboot to twrp, format data, flash decrypt zip. Reboot.

For flashing stock roms use pbrp, it automatically patches the data encryption, so you won't need the decrypt zip

If this is unofficial way, will they release any official way?If yes,How much time it takes to release official way to root?
There is no official way for rooting. Flash magisk that's pretty official.
For unlocking bootloader there is an official tool on asus webpage.
Warning: forget about re-locking bootloader and claiming warranty

I cant boot to recovery. even i successfully flashed the pbrp in my phone. why is it keep happening???
Make sure you are using usb2.0 port and fastboot interface is setup correctly.
After flashing recovery, boot directly to recovery using hardware button

There is a official way Available for unlocking bootloader and then rooting but that will void your warranty and you will never be able to claim it again !

Thats it, Bootloader is unlocked (Don't close the command prompt)

    Piece of advice :
If there comes any problem with this unlock process, NEVER try to unlock by official unlock tool, as you will not be able to install custom recovery and finally end up in an unlocked bootloader device with no warranty and no custom recovery to proceed further!!!
in such cases fix the communication between phone and pc, instead of directly jumping to official tool

Will the unofficial way of unlocking void warranty?

Yes. Warranty will be void. But there is always a possibility of relocking bootloader to obtain warranty.

This is very heartening to know that this problem is not unique. Now please let me know how can I uninstall fastboot driver, so that I can uninstall and reinstall fastboot driver to get it work properly.
Though I forget to post, I tried it on two different PCs but same result.

Please give me link of tutorial of patching boot.img using magisk.

There is fasboot adb bins in unlock folder. Try that or use minimal adb
