Unlock bootloader no dc unlocker, just requires reading a pc and a telegram account
Requirements:
A kirin device which is LOWER than 970/710 and is running EMUI 8 with June
Downgrading:
To downgrade from EMUI 9.1 to 8, you can use hisuite although some people get an option to downgrade and some don't, you can downgrade to a lower EMUI 9.1 firmware to get the upgrade option, or you can send you're device to Huawei service center and they can downgrade for you (it worked for some) OR you can download june patch EMUI 8 firmware from androidhost.ru however it may not install it to downgrade from 9.1 to 8, but you can use this if you are on EMUI 8 but not june patch, heres a guide for flashing firmware BTW https://forum.xda-developers.com/huawei-p20-lite/how-to/root-how-to-install-update-t3841557
Unlocking:
Join the telegram group @huaweihax and please follow these instructions if you do something wrong when requesting SLOCK file you may get banned or warned on the group, please do not request it here, to submit you're SLOCK request Please share the following information on their group:
- Device FBLOCK
- Device Model
- Device ProductVer
- Device SN (serial number)
- Last 4 numbers of IMEI1
To retrieve this values, please use the following commands individually:
For FBLOCK, run: fastboot oem hwdog certify begin and copy the FBLOCK value.
For Model, run: fastboot oem get-product-model and copy the device model value.
For ProductVer, run: fastboot oem get-build-number
For SN, copy the SN value from the box of the device or through device settings, if you cannot find it, open your dialer and write #06# and copy the SN value.
For IMEI1, copy the last 4 digits of the IMEI of the SIM tray #1 (IMEI1).
ALWAYS SEND THE #slock_request hashtag on the beginning of every request.
A correct request would be the following:
#slock_request
FBLOCK: FBLOCKf50627540c7b4be2
Model: ANE-LX1
ProductVer: ANE-LX1 9.1.0.132 (C432E4R1-log)
SN: BPN7N56608006692
IMEI1: 6569
Okay, now wait, while waiting, DO NOT REBOOT OR ISSUE THE COMMAND AGAIN UNTILL YOU GET THE SLOCK, after the admins send you the SLOCK, flash it via this command fastboot flash slock <drag_slock_file_here>
after you done that, please flash this TWRP (will work on our p20 lite due to chipset)

To flash this, please do fastboot flash erecovery_ramdisk <twrp_filename>.img
Now power off you're phone and do press and hold vol up and power button along with the usb cable, you should boot onto TWRP
Now its time to finish the unlocking

EMUI 9.1 Unlocking:
Once you update back to EMUI 9.1 you will lose you're unlocking due to it being patched in EMUI 9.1, however, you can set a custom bootloader code which will allow you to unlock on EMUI 9.1
