Unlock bootloader of Nokia 3.1 plus

Is there any possible way to unlock bootloader of nokia 3.1 plus because the nokia bootloader unlock app is only for nokia 8 and nokia doesnt support unlocking bootloader for other nokia devices
also i was not able to find nokia 3.1 plus in the my device option in xda app, why tho?
