Unlock bootloader/root help

Okay sorry if this is a really noob question, but this is for my sister's phone I do not own this device.
Is it possible to unlock the bootloader or even root the H910 on H91010t? Or is she s.o.l?

Not carrier unlock.... Bootloader unlock or root......
