I also have this code, but Provider Name is USA, so when I'm trying to use LG Developer Site, an error appears, telling me that I have US version, so it can't be unlocked.

I think that this is some generic code. So, I think, that is not the only parameter that defines whether your phone can be unlocked. I'd better be wrong.

You're right, the region is probably the reason that it does not work.
However my provider name is Vodafone (a carrier version, production date is 24.02.2017) and it works nevertheless. I think the restrictions are no longer as strict as they were some time ago.
We just have to try it ...

I have one lg g4 with this exact model ABC germany, i failed in the past triying to unlock other models y hope that this one can.

Which KDZ I have to download? Do I have to try the tool in this thread to flashing?

I try to get the unlock coding drom LG developer website but I can't do it. I'm always on login form doing a loop

I bought one of those ABC variants on eBay and it broke.
I'm in trouble now. Is it a legit model? Anyone has more information?

It came with Android 5 and it did not found any updates? Broke on the second day of use, its in 9008 mode . The vendor was from UK

Sorry for the late answer!

The phone comes directly from vodafone (exchange), so this model (ABC) should be legit.
