It depends the firmware version you have, so you might get lucky and avoid dismantling the devise by setting it in factory mode followed by unlocking, just using a few AT commands .
If the firmware version is higher than 316(inclusive) then dismantling is the only solution unless there's a modded firmware compiled by our geeks on 4pda, which is very unlikely, the enthusiasts won't waste their time modding firmwares designed for countries other than Russia.
Unlocking procedure using the Boot Pin :
1. Install both drivers . By the way if you use Win8.1 or Win10 then you need BOS_solution_2.rar . You'll find it.
a) HUAWEI_DataCard_Driver_5.05.01.00_Setup
b) FC_Serial_Driver_Setup
2. Dismantle the devise, find out the correct Boot Pin (E5573Bs differs form E5573Cs !).
3. Short the Boot Pin while connecting the USB cable to the computer, you'll hear a specific sound, then release the tweezers. The PC should find a device and install a driver for it. You might go to Device Manager and find out that a COM port had been found "HUAWEI Mobile Connect - 3G PC UI Interface".
4. Using Using Balong_USB_Downloader_1.0.1.10.exe
5. Load uldr_oem-nck_e5573b.bin
6. Once uldr_oem-nck_e5573b.bin is loaded, then in Device Manager another two devices should appear under COM ports, one of them is "FC - PC UI Interface", remember the COM port number of it.
7. Start the Telnet specifying the correct COM port number.
8. The NCK and OEM should start automatically . It takes time.

So if you think this is far too complicated for you, then JUST DON'T DO IT ! Everything you do is at your own risk !
