unlock mi account xiaomi mi note 3 flash?

Hello together,

I've buyed an used Mi Note 3 over ebay.
When I started the Note 3 come the message "This device is locked" and I can only see the MI loginscreen with the number of the previous owner.

The problem is that the previous owner no longer knows his password.
So I can not unlock the device and then bootloader in the system.
I've tried various ways but have not found a solution yet. >en.miui.com/thread-235865-1-1.html<- all this I've tried, EDL mode does not start with the message "not possible on locked system"

Has someone an idea how I can delete this MI account lock???
Ideas?

Can I bound in my own MI account on this device?

[1] To flash EDL you must has validated to EDL mi account+EDL cable+open phone cover to boot into EDL. On EDL mode you can fix this problem, but it is as You see complicated
[2] [email protected]-> write to them mail. They can send via e-mail special code (eg. Unlock Code: XXXXXXXX) and remove mi account from locked phone (not phisically need to send phone to them, with this code U can yourself remove mi account binded to phone)

Hello! I have a similar problem. I bought a Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus. However, upon arriving home the smartphone was locked. And, I was unable to contact the seller. The smartphone is currently equal to a rock or a paperweight. A friend is trying to help me but it's been over 17 business days that nothing happens. That is, the smartphone remains locked. I tried the help of S-Unlock, but they can not meet me satisfactorily take days to give a simple answer (which is not always the correct answer to the question I ask).
Need help!
