personally i activated a t mobile sim (im not live in usa), activate the most cheap plan in prepaid (10 dollars), and refill 100 dlls to allow me unlock the device contacting tmobile on facebook.

the 7t is new, purchased by me in USA, but never activated in tmobile. i traveled to my country and i did it from here. maybe not the most cheap, but is the most fast process.

Try this unlock option in the OnePlus settings. Sim & Network -> Advance -> Network Unlock.

If you're eligible, it will unlock but if you're not, it will cost $60 to unlock each.

Code unlock

It's not app unlock ..it's asking to enter Network unlock code after I insert sim .need T-Mobile USA unlock codes or one plus 7t factory unlock codes

I'm currently outside the US, I received my T-mobile 7T in the mail a few days ago. I tried to contact tmobile over twitter but they said no, I tried to be as nice and all but they wouldn't do it. I contacted their facebook support, a nice lady said she'd send a request and to expect an email. The following day I tried to unlock the phone and it worked. I did not receive any email from them.

You have to unlock it by going to: Settings > Wi-Fi & internet > SIM & network > Network Unlock. After they send you an unlock code.
