Not sure I even know what I am talking about here, but I've done a brief scan of the board to try to ensure it has not already been answered, and can't find it, so here goes.
My XDA2 should arrive on Wednesday morning.
I was assured originally by friends etc and posts on the web and here, that it could easily be SIM unlocked when it arrived.
Further research however, leads me to beleive that when it arrives, it will be the latest version with the up to date radio version of 1.10
And that's the problem.
The posts on here about unlocking it say that only up to radio version 1.06 or something can be unlocked.
If this is true, does that mean I have just bought a very expensive white elephant?
Or can the latest versions be unlocked.
God help me if it can't - I'll be in BIG trouble with her indoors.
Help please any of you experts?
