Unlock VoLTE?

Possible to modify phone to force use VoLTE? This phone can use VoLTE on some carrier but no other. I read someone modify some xml files on xz2 and got VoLTE to work for carrier that originally not work.

You will need to know what region rom your running, and what mobile provider you are using to answer the question.

Looks like the right rom. But, i unfortunately don't know about VoLTE compatibility with non-US carriers on the XZ1 Compact.
