Unlocked i717

So its been a while since I had a note..but picked one up today that is AT&T. .stock AT&T gingerbread. .but I'm getting full 4G!

My question is..im tying to find a TW based ROM with that can utilize the S Pen and its apps...(any suggestions would be great )...

But..will i need to flash a t-mobile radio or keep an AT&T one since its working so well?

BLACKSTAR/ BLACK JELLY or PADAWAN.

these are the only 2 that I am aware of that are JB and TW based.

S-pen does work

If your radio is working then leave it alone. There is also the Canadian stock ROM. It has more functions and is themed differently than the ATT version.
