3. WIPE CACHE & DALVIK CACHE
4. FLASH THE ROM
5. REBOOT
PA 3+ UPDATES DO NOT NEED A FACTORY RESET,
BUT YOU NEED TO INSTALL GAPPS ASWELL.

Hi Aways, I waited up to see what your suprise rom was....and WOW! I wont try yet as I still use your PAC rom, which runs perfect, will follow this rom and see how it goes, need a rom for every day use, but this is pre-alpha (YES..PLEASE REMEMBER THAT USERS!!!! lol)......its not gonna work 100% so dont abuse poor aways if it kills your phone/phone explodes!!!!

Still on PAC ROM, but this seems even more promising. I can't test right now, but I wonder if this is less RAM hungry than PAC ROM.

If you want more Ram on PAC, just flash Semaphore s kernel with the hugemem libs and you get 409MB usable memory.

You could always remove any unneeded system apps be advised tho removing the wrong app from system can have bad effects on the ROM

Thanks for your reply, but I've done that (409mb), but still PAC ROM is heavy on ram.
