So the only thing that doesn't seem to work in 12.1 is the camera? Any first impressions on battery life/video performance? I'll probably be flashing this over tonight so I'm looking to see what I can expect from it.

Does it have the CM12 features or is it back to blank AOSP?

Yep, only camera, and GPS is kinda funky. Evryelse is fantastic. battery is great.

I dirty flashed it and had some issues with youtube and the google play store. rebooted back into recovery to reflash my old 5.0 gapps and then booted back into CM12.1 to update them.

edit - it doesn't seem to be playing mkv files in MXPlayer though :( like, it plays normally when I first start a video, but if I skip to the middle then the video doesn't ever keep up(the video freezes) while the audio skips to where I told it to

gonna try a clean install real quick though

it seems to do this video bug when MX Player decoder setting is set to HW+. Disabling this and just using the regular HW decoder seems to working properly

Camera seems out on mine too, says it can't establish a connection. I don't plan on using the camera so this really doesn't bother me, but does anyone have a fix?

I don't have a fix, but mine is working.
Dirty flash from CM12 officicial + 5.1 Gapps + SuperSU

I don't know why it's working here and not for everyone else. After all it's a system app and will have been totally overwritten.

I bought the T700 last week and would like to test this out. I haven't messed with CM builds since I had an S3 (because of Knox counter on the phones) I was just wondering where do I start getting started with this and is there Knox counter tripping on the tab S too.

I use BlissPop cm12.. Will i see any improvement installing this? When i serf the net, i feel a lag in first touching the screen. After this it is very smooth. Is this happening here also? Thanks,

Yes! this happens here too. eousphoros did a build with a different kernel, for testing, and this issue was gone. But with 5.1 it's here again.

What ?? You just made my day. After you stepped on your tablet i was seriously was going to sell mine on ebay. Now you are telling us official cm12?? That's awesome news. !!

Having a very kind person send me a replacement tab has changed my mind on officially maintaining the cm12 port for the t700. Also now that the last sensor is working we can actually submit our port. Keep in mind this will probably take at least three weeks. Crpalmer has been helping me with the logistics since this is my first time. I'll keep everyone updated as we progress.

Good news all around. We are almost ready to start doing official nightly builds. Could even be this week. Next up will be one more unofficial build sometime tomorrow with selinux enabled. If people could give it a, that would be appreciated.
@miscom what Bluetooth device are you paired with and how much louder do you think it should be? 10% 50% 100%?
