Here are some screenshots and tweak to optimise Lineage for Mix3.

For gesture, install Fluid NG.
For gcams, install magisk module Camera2 Enabler, then install THIS Gcam port made specific for Mix 3, Pocophone, Mi 8.

You'll get perfect Mix 3 running Lineage with excellent photo quality, along with stock-like gesture.

Its poco launcher by xiaomi, basically stock launcher with some customization.

Is it even possible for a version with CAF kernel to become official? This breaks compatibility with official TWRP and stock recovery. And it requires flashing dtbo.img via fastboot, where usually (for official LOS versions) installing the zip via TWRP is enough.

Yes, it is possible. I've been shipping CAF kernels since msm8992. Shipping it in the current state is also possible, but I plan on fixing compatibility.

If you have an issue then grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. This is the best way to report bugs

Also, mobile signal is weaker than stock, noticeable on LTE mode, i hardly got full bar even on outdoor.
