Hey all,
I have just finished a CM 12 build for the m8 and want to share my "unofficial" builds with you.
This is pure Cyanogenmod without any modifications from my side.




Notes:

-Before flashing this ROM, keep in mind that this is pre-Nightly so there might be bugs here and there, if you find one, report it in this thread and I´ll add it to the OP

-The first boot might take a little bit longer, so stay patient

-If you dont understand something written in this Post, you should NOT flash this ROM!

-Neither I nor the Cyanogenmod Team is responsible for anything that happens to your device after you flashed this ROM. You decide whether to flash this pre-Nightly version or not

I dont know if its the same case with 5.0, but on KitKat AOSP ROMs always had volume and distortion issues with the phone speakers... Is it the same with 5.0 again? Not complaining, just for general information to be prepared, just in case...

Iam on last sense firmware.

I was having that error with multirom so I just unistalled it and gonna wait until its more compatible.

camera works for me just fine. I´ve never used multirom, so cant tell you whether it should work or not

Yep, but a fix for that popped up on gerrit, i´ll upload a new build with that fix tomorrow or so

If you converted your phone to GPE firmware you won't be able to flash the ROM so you will have to convert back to sense firmware. The op said he has a fix for this coming soon, but at the moment this is what will need to be done.

If you come from a Google edition ROM your partitions are different and just flashing a sense based ROM will not change the partitions , follow the guide in the link below before flashing cm12

Wow. I'm so happy to see CM12 for our device, i've been running CM12 on my HTC One M7, and it is super fast and stable. I have one question do, whats the best recovery to flash this rom. Is it TWRP or Philz recovery( i'm using latter for GPE 5.0 rom)

Flashed on sprint variant but it gave me a no sim card message on lock screen worked when I flashed but rebooted and had no service
