This is a experimental Build based on the latest Kang of CyanogenMod 9 by Owain for the LG OPTIMUS 2X . CM 9 is based on latest AOSP sources with some special tweaks and features and ALL credits goes to TeamDouche, Ricardo Cerqueira and Owain94 who contributed to CyanogenMod.

INSTRUCTIONS:


- First time flashing CyanogenMod 9 to OPTIMUS 2X , or coming from another ROM?
- Root the device and install ClockworkMod Recovery. Instructions are available here.
- Perform a NANDroid backup of your current ROM.
- Format the system, data & cache partitions of your device.
- Perform a factory reset.
- Flash CyanogenMod.
- Optional: Install the Google Apps addon package.

and about the smooth scrolling that must be AndroidON his tweak
we got that all automated in the ROM

the scrolling cache will be off by default
but if the app specially defines that scrolling cache must be on it will be on
but still in that case when you make a big fling scrolling cache will be disabled for that fling

so that hack is not needed because we got a much better patch for it already build in

can you explain the hacked framework part in your list??

oh sorry for the name and i have write the hacked framework thing 2 times and i did not know that cm9 build is already have smoother scrolling effect thats why i have used the hack for smoother scrolling from here

no problem some people write my name as owa94 owan94 dwain94 so i do not even care anymore

anyway that patch just makes the scrolling slower because we got the automated and better system build in and also it will leave a wrong parameter behind in the system

.parameter "no" (or in whatever you changed the word too)

it is kinda dirty as you see

that is why the famous PASTIME made a better patch for it (right now the standart in my rom is deafault disabled this means that it is always disabled BUT! if an app is coded to make use of scrolling cache it is enabled(very nice patch by the way!)) and another guy improved it so if the scrolling cache is enabled and you make a long fling (those are the one that are laggy) it will be disabled for that fling and afterward it will be enabled again

what's about the data bug? When WIFI connects and disconnects, the mobile data sometimes doesn't work so you have to enable and disable flightmode or just so a reboot to get data mobile working again. With owain's Kang, there is still the problem.
