This rom is not for daily use...
I suggest you to flash cm12.1

Why not for daily use? Because of GPS bug? I think it's not a big problem.

We have to live with it and appreciate every new release. I'm pretty happy with Xiaobai's 12.1 and have no hurry for 13.

But the owner did publish and working in a public repo which means anyone can also compile a new release anytime...
Also you can see his commits to be aware of the progress.

Xiaobai spends most of his time on v13(and we appreciate his work ) but most 13\andorid M roms are unstable anyway at the moment for many devices (all but nexsus ones i think).

I would like to buy Xiaomi Mi4c.

Currently there is this one and 12.1 in the same sub forum, another CM on the MIUI forum and the rest are based or are the original Xiaomi builds.

This ROM actually FIXES it, audio is crystal clear.. thank you a lot for this, my faith for this device is back..
Btw. does anyone know what may be different between MIUI and CM that there is so huge difference in audio? In CM12.1 the issue persists, but on CM13 the audio is ok..

I have other issue though, my WIFI cannot be enabled. Any suggestions?

Yeah but as i said, on CM12.1 i have serious audio issues as described in the link i posted, CM13 is the first ROM that has no such issues.. it maybe be audio drivers or something that are both used in MIUI and CM12.1, maybe CM13 has its own drivers which are working perfectly i'm not sure....
Is there a possibility of replacing MIUI audio libs with those from CM13?
Also i wonder if there is any fix for WIFI because it's constantly disconnecting every 2 minutes or so, it's the only deal breaker for me. ;(
