What can I do if I have a XT1032 and the sim network doesn't work?

I don't know, I don't own a XT1032. Pretty sure somebody else in this thread can help you though.
MSIM works for Moto G 2015. Can cherry pick work for dual sim for XT1033? Thinking aloud

Here is the flash able zip to remove TeleService.apk which is what caused com.android.phone to stop. Flashing this will make your Moto G CDMA work with wifi only. This will need to be flashed everytime you flash these Alpha builds of CM14.
Don't flash this on your daily driver it will not work for phone calls or texts. I'm not responsible for you messing up your phone.
Thanks for the CDMA patch, makes the ROM usable on my XT1031. I use this as a wifi only device anyways so its perfect.
Also if you want FM radio flash this zip. Its made for CM13 but appears to work fine.

Flashed V4 on XT1033 and forced to single sim. Everything is fine, maybe there are lot of "little" bug, but it's not annoying. Some apps crashed, maybe not compatible with N, yet.

No. The APN settings are messed up. This is for CDMA users who were just using the device for wifi only and no phone service. It only removes the APK causing the force close, APN settings or Data usage in settings still force close.

You don't have to convert bro, just flash file fix-network-1033 and then force-ss. If you already flash xt1032 modem, flash force-ss only.
okay so i need to flash both the given files on xt1033 and that will do the work for now,also what do you mean by lot of "little bug",can this be used as daily drivers

No more builds beacuse CM 14.1 nightlies will start soon (max 1-2 weeks I think) and Moto G will be on the list most probably
