i cant find someone talk about led flash?
can you explain this ?

The LED flashes/blinks if you install this firmware. There is a post from the firmware uploader/author, that describes how to disable the blinking LED. Google translated it says "Don't like it - delete the file /system/su.d/enable_led".

I'm going to update to lineage os but I can't find any working link for downloading the ROM. Can somebody, please, send me a valid link for downloading lineage for Mi Pad 2?
Thanks.

Is there a widevine patch for LOS 14?
I have a working widevine patch for miui, but after flashing the device is not starting the homescreen anymore, it is booting and says black afterwards.

Well sorry no offence but first the mi pad 2 is discontinued even in China, no OTA anymore, second miui (to me) is complete crap. It took me a good 30 seconds to just load a search from Google, while my phone uses 5 seconds under the same WiFi.
Maybe Lineage OS is more crap, but do you mind mentioning the problem, e.g. extreme lag, tons of bugs, etc?

Probably my answer is a bit rush and rough. I saw LineageOS got the wifi better though. But then I don't like the Lineage UI and there is not much i found. Maybe I don't know what i'm doing. No Camera also right. What to do...MI UI still gives more features right now in my opinion. I am waiting for my usb hub i ordered. Once arrived I will definitely try to install Windows 10. Mi Pad 2 really really slow and not much app can run. So I guess I give Windows coz the cpu is x86 i hope Mi pad 2 is satisfied.

Agreed. Windows, and (if you know)Linux, are designed for x86 and android (miui, lineage, etc) is designed for ARM architecture(and modified to support x86, usually optimization is worse). So in theory, Windows should work better.
If you concerned, 2GB ram cannot run windows 11, but wait, we can still use windows 10 up to 2025, so the mi pad 2 can still live up to that.

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

    Code:
    #include <std_disclaimer.h>
    /*
    * Your warranty is now void.
    *
    * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
    * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
    * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
    * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
    * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

    GPL compliance:
    http%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FyG18r6g.png
Device tree, kernel and vendor tree: Github

    Broken:
    • Camera
    • Some users have a random reboots

    Working:
    • 3D Acceleration
    • Wi-Fi
    • Hardware Playback (YouTube, Twitch, etc)
    • Audio
    • Sensors (Lights, rotation, etc)
    • Bluetooth
    • Deep sleep

    Bugs:
When you think you've found a bug, please make sure it's repeatable + not a one off. If it is you must provide a dmesg (dmesg > /sdcard/dmesg.txt) and a logcat (logcat -d > /sdcard/logcat.txt) from the on-device terminal emulator.

    Hi, there.
I have some news. deadman bought a Yoga Book which is powered by cherrytrail.
And he sent me Lollipop and Noughat Intel Cherrytrail BSP.
So what this means for Mipad 2 (latte):
It has prebuilt libs with Noughat CPU/GPU drivers for x86/86_64
This BSP has a camera HAL source so we can try to build it from source to try to fix a camera.
Also it has a CHT Noughat kernel source.
    So it looks promising.

    We have deep sleep

And finally also a kernel that works on stock ROM

Few things to sort and I'll update

I'm not sure if cam is fixable
