Great news and thanks for taking the initiative. I am not happy with the audio output volume. I do want to modify atleast the audio output. This will definitely help. Did ASUS contribute any source code?

very interesting :good: , i don't have the device yet to try => someone have tried and can say if sim works ?
i see device, and kernel but for vendor tree, what do you use plz ? On asus Muppets i don't see msm8953

i tried it out the other day. Seems pretty stable and i had no issues with sim or wifi. Only problems were Bluetooth and the Sound

I was wanting to upgrade from my ZenFone 2 to the 3 but didn't want to because of the lack of costum ROMs. I hope this gets to official status so I can start looking for cheap ZF3's :D
