Instructions

1. Unlock bootloader
2. Upgrade to Android 7.0 stock ROM
3. Flash TWRP
4. Wipe data
5. Install ROM
6. Profit !

Unfortunately it does not boot for me. Blank black screen after white Asus logo. Had to reflash stock rom as it caused soft-brick. I'm using s821/256gb so it could just be my model.

Great to see development started though and looking forward to further progress!

Didn't work anymore, we have to say that we(with shakalaca and some people in Asus forum)didn't know why it didn't work on our phone,but shakalaca ’s phone do.So may need more people with building ROM or might no work......

Might not,but may be rebuilt after builder buy a new phone or somebody can help to debug.(unknown reason which make it didn't work.)

OK finally solved the bootloop issue by commenting out the bluetooth partition entry in fstab.qcom. Somehow it only works on my phone and failed on others Please kindly try 20170527, and for S821 I have to build another rom and replace some firmware under /system/etc/firmware..

It's work.
But I got incorrect pattern after I recovery my backup of stock rom! Which make me unable to access the stock ROM.
maybe try to disable the pattern before flash.

I was not prepared for the possibility to not have it on this beautiful phone
