Agree, getting Android 13 on this device is certainly not a need. The OEM firmware started at 7.1.1 and ended at 9.0 so certainly even getting 12 was great. I wonder how many other devices that were launched in 2017 that are getting Lineage 20.

Curious, is it possible to not integrate the new Lineage camera for this model only and use what was in 19.1? (I assume probably not possible or easy to do....also the new camera is one of the most notable features of 20 besides simply getting the Android update) Are there any Lineage platform experts on the camera app that ccould be consulted? I wonder if any other models have seen similar issues. If you need any additional logs, etc I would be glad to help. I might be able to even help troubleshoot depending on the nature of the issues.

Even using the old camera from 19.1 doesn't fix the issue, it's a higher level issue.

I'm still using this phone, but not the camera anymore. For the most of us this is not a main phone anymore, so, it's no problem to live with this issue. Android 13 is amazing, love how fast it is. Thanks for that, what we have

Yes, I really don't care much about the camera as it is not a primary phone now. I was waiting for official update to go to Lineage 20 but maybe I will just go ahead and install the unofficial build.

I finally went ahead and installed unofficial to my device. Seems to be working fine except for the camera problem. I did take a log of camera issue and do see a lot of camera error messages. I don't know if some of these may be normal/harmless or may be causes/symptoms of the problem. Is there an initial message in log that is an indication that something has gone wrong? npjohnson, is it possible you could share what you have discovered so far regarding the problem so maybe others could possibly help troubleshoot as well? It is unclear to me...do you actually have a Z2 Force device or are you looking at this issue without one? Thanks!

I love my z2 force haha.

But yeah the logs are all I have - it hasn't turned anything up yet.

I have the 4/27 update, taken OTA. One issue I have is that the gboard keyboard does not launch. Tried some things like clearing app storage, etc. I installed the Microsoft keyboard and it works fine. The 5/4 build gives me an error on Preparing for first boot.

Why does this thread have [OFFICIAL] tag WITH CAPITAL LETTERS EVEN, when the official build isn't even out yet and the content of the thread is clearly unofficial?
Because at the time it was in the launch roster and queued for builds. It was held back due to the camera issue people have noted. We'll get it fixed.
When Official Lineage OS 20 will available for nash?
    No ETAs.
