Pixel Launcher (Google) sometimes crashes with ver. 20230411. Pixel Launcher (captaindroid) seems to work fine. I'm so happy that I can use my device again almost like ver. 20230324.

The Google Maps Timeline issues seem to be a fundamental issue with the continuous recording of the GPS in LineageOS 20. The apps Geo Tracker, My Location Timeline on Map and Locus Map Classic do not record the data either. However, the position determination alone works in all apps.
In LineageOS 19, the apps work correctly.

not a bug, it's gone forever. It happened in March, AOSP broke it and we only kept it around because it worked.

Since the latest update, the "status bar location indicator" keeps turning itself back on when I toggle it off. The version of march didn't have this issue. @npjohnson are you familiar with this issue?

great, it werks (at least evrything i used so far)!

fresh install on pixel 3a with *latest* google android (12 not 12.1 - it hasnt updated any further)

beside the usual platform tools download (the part with adding to the "path" system variable is not needed), i had to install the usb drivers from google to get the recovery flashed with fastboot and lineage sideloaded, otherwise win11 wont detect the pixel 3a correctly in fastboot or sideload mode.

any hint to get this damn google bar off the screen?

Just install a different launcher.

No way to remove it on pixel launcher.

Is it complicated to remove the gapps installed? I read the docs of MindTheGapps* and they recommand to do a clean installation of the rom. Is it possible to do that with a rom which include the package? Thanks!

No, you can't uninstall the Google apps from my unofficial easily. You will just need to build it for yourself.
