Thanks for reporting bugs and providing logcat.
Is the fingerprint sensor expected to work? I'm not certain if this is a Goodix or an FPC part (I believe the former), and can provide a logcat if it'll help.
EDIT: Checking the 'dmesg' logs, it appears to be an FPC part, and I'm getting this message repeated:

You say you fixed the issue, but chrome doesn't really think so?

Nice job on this ROM once again..
However still some apps like Poweramp still can't read both internal and external storage on the latest update.
On Poweramp it reads only /dsp and /magisk locations.
I can also confirm the storage access problem on Chrome.

After a reboot (or maybe enabling Hal3) chrome got the error for no sd card.
Downloaded ccleaner, cleaned everything and then booted into twrp cleared davlik and cache.
Now chrome, drive etc are downloading properly
Everything working properly so far, will report if I find something
All in all very nice rom, smooth and fast like nichcreams

Edit: can't really figure out what's going on, but some apps are losing access to internal after a reboot. Then if I clear the caches they work again..

Well there is "Immersive mode" tile. Just pull out notification bar. Turn on immersive mode by clicking on immersive mode tile. There you go, there's your pie.
