I see the install instructions are a little different, I'm used to the normal twrp full wipe, flash rom, done.
can I still do it that way? the install instructions seem backwards and weird.

Can i skip fastboot and just flash the file on twrp alone?
It's just that when i do it through fastboot when i fastboot to twrp and go into my internal storage theres a bunch of files i never saw there and my files i need to flash are not there what am i doing wrong??

For some reason on A12 crypt compatible twrp side, when starting it via fastboot, it won't decrypt the files. If you already have it installed, it'll work ok.

I did a dirty flash of version 2.9 of this ROM over the Project Elixir ROM (A12 version) and all seemed well. When I went to the Updater it said version 13 was available, so I went for it. Once the installation finished and I rebooted, it failed with an error message that the data partition was corrupt. So I pretty much had to wipe it and set everything up again. So far everything looks good, but I do have a couple questions/issues.
1) The fingerprint scanner doesn't seem to be working on the AOD (Always On Display) screen. Actually, if I lock my screen and use the fingerprint reader within a couple seconds, it will read my fingerprint and unlock. However, anything beyond that and the sensor won't read my fingerprint. I have to double-tap on the screen to open up the lock screen. From there, the fingerprint scanner will reliably unlock the phone. Anyone else notice this?
2) In the status bar, the location icon keeps appearing briefly and then disappearing. I believe it's alerting me when something is accessing location services in the background. I don't need this feature and it's actually a bit annoying to me. Can someone tell me where to disable it, or if it can be? So far I haven't been able to figure out how to turn it off.
Other than that, great ROM so far.

I've been on this ROM for about 5 days. So far no real issues to report. I love the smoothness and speed. I do have 2 or 3 questions though.
1) The battery life seems a bit hit or miss. A couple days I got nearly 24 hours (messaging, phone calls, a few pictures, etc.) of usage, while a couple days I seemed to burn through the battery in less than 10 hours (with pretty much the same usage pattern). Can I flash a different kernel with this ROM? If so, are there any recommendations?
2) I tried Project Elixr (Android 12 version) prior to this, and they seemed to try to implement a few of the Pixel specific features like call screening and "Hold For Me". I did try the call screening feature and although it appeared to be working (I could see a text transcription of what the assistant was SUPPOSED to be saying) in a test call with my brother, but he never actually heard anything. I'm thinking that even though the features were there in the ROM, perhaps they are dependent on the Tensor chip and won't REALLY work on the OP6T or other Android devices?

The OTA updater showed that version 3.2 was available, but attempts to download it fail. So yes, it does appear that the file was pulled. Either that or the download link is incorrect.

I'm curious as well. Ever since the post was made on 12/8 that 3.2 was available, there has been radio silence as to it's ACTUAL availability.
Or will there be a 3.2 version? Just a little note one way or the other would be helpful.

Hi Miraz, the resolution to that issue was mentioned on the previous page (both myself and someone else had the same issue). The solution is...
Go to developer options... Turn on the setting "Disable Bluetooth A2DP hardware offload", reboot phone and the problem with Bluetooth should be solved.11
