Anyone success flashing Android 12 GSI on this device?
DSU doesnt work, it fails halfway.
BTW(by the way) disable HW overlays will auto become off when rebooted and someone says this is so because this setting decreases a phone's performance. (as a temp fix ) But to use landscape mode(i.e.horizontal layout), go to dev options, disable hw overlays on, then auto rotate on, put phone horizontally , close auto rotate, and then disable hw overlays off when you need a horizontal screen and do the excact reverse when you need vertical screen should be fine without decreasing the phone's performance. Same in opening and closing battery saver.

For GSIs Android 12:
nippongsi https://sourceforge.net/projects/nippongsi/files/Pixel - Pixel4a_SBeta2.1 - FNTZB2SS0J/
erfangsi https://mirrors.lolinet.com/firmware/gsi/Pixel/Pixel-AB-S-20210318-ErfanGSI.img-0247.7z
and google offical gsi(dynamic update not work so not much hopes are up for this)
these works on certain snapdragons but not tested on exynoses
if anyone has a test device pls try, but if that is your daily drive, just neglect this post as this is untested and may brick your device.
If flash failed try repartitioning https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...epartition-script-for-vendor-support.4143541/
If boot failed it means h vendor needs a 2.0 version.

Hi, I follow the guide and flashed : ROM, create vendor 2.0, h-vendor 1.0, simple kernel 1.0 (not in this order), and in the end I tried flasing Magisk 23 zip though TWRP but it doesn't work - end ups in bootloop. To restore boot I used boot.img from H-Vendor 1.0. What am I missing to flash Magisk correctly?

Same happens with me on android 9 Xiaomi MI A1 set. Tried resetting the factory defaults. Still no luck.
Well try open disabling hw overlays in developer options (click 7 times build number and you can see it)
This setting will auto turn to off once you rebooted but toggle the disable hw overlays on every boot will not be a really hard task.

can someone give me the link of create vendor 2.0 pls
Well I can't find it, but you should flash this repartition script (by astrako) as it does the same thing as create vendor.

This is a bug for all ErfanGSI-based GSIs (i.e. Full-GSIs) (This is a ErfanGSI based GSI, PHH based ones (i.e. Semi-GSIs)will not boot with drivers from H-Vendor ) so unfortunately it will not be fixed so soon at least for a few months.
    I m using this kernel 11
