Just give them time and don't ask for it. It's rude. bluedogerino did a good enough job in my opinion. If you read some stuff in this thread before posting you know he doesn't even own the device. So just give them time. (Them being bluedogerino and BulgarianJesus)
the wifi hotspot is not working or whole wifi? becouse if whole wifi try other kernel (for your device). sadly i dont know any

The option for setting the Wi-Fi hotspot is "gone"(?).

I agree, french boy, I can't disable always on display, too. Otherwise good performance. but battery is kinda poor because of this issue, so can't really tell
What's the problem with NFC?
I have not seen a ROM that claims it working in ages.
This did not work with the old TWRP I had but works nicely with Heimdall. The recovery now recognizes my data is encrypted and asks for a password but decryption fails. Is it possible that different ROMs encrypt data differently?
Also this recovery does not work with ADB. It shows 'unauthorized' and adb cannot connect to copy files or run commands.

finally i completed install this ROM to my j5 2016
TWRP is using link on page one is working like a charm
i used another TWRP it said fail and always forced closed
still using and checking
for now works smoothly and i can play game again :fingers-crossed:

Problem WITH NFC is it doesn't work.
And idk about twrp.
I don't own the device and cannot test anything for it.
This phone has NFC but it doesn't work on oreo and pie ROMs

Reporting Bugs
- DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
- Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
- If it is a random reboot, grab /proc/last_kmsg. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

RIL - This is your SIM card, so mobile data works, as do calls and texts.
GPS - This has worked since the first build, it just wasn't mentioned, apologies.
