Oh now I remember. I didn't install the version from this thread, I started reading from this thread but somehow I was taken to los-legacy.de and installed from there. Dumb me
May be off topic but anyone else use ROM from los-legacy.de ? Does it have release or discussion threads in xda ?
Blue dongerino wont apreciate this...

no voice for calls

Hi, there is a problem that no voice is transmitted while I call or someone call me.
I now have Magisk installed but this morning it wasn't installed and I had this problem. Rom is the latest build and here's an attachment of logcat for an incoming call to SIM1.
My phone is J510f dual SIM.
All suggestions are welcomed!

Does anyone have the latest version of this rom?
Lineage 17.1 is already available on XDA for the J510xx. Along with this, someone has released bliss os 14.7 (android 11) for the j510, I've dirty flashed it over havoc os v3.1 on my sm-j510f, and there are no bugs as far as I can tell (other than the ones listed in the rom description), I've been using it for about a month now. Apart from that, there are plenty of android 10 ROMs available. If you care about speed and customisation, then havoc os is faster and more customisable than lineage os, however it does have a bug where it restarts randomly (doesn't happen often though). Let me give you the links,

All J510 ROMs:

Lineage 17.1:

Havoc 3.1:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/rom-q-havoc-os-unofficial-j5-2016.4150239/

Bliss 14.7:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/blissroms-14-7-r-for-j5-2016-sm-j510x-vanilla-unofficial.4199195/

Hope I helped! 😄

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 8.1 (Oreo), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

    Code:
    /*
    * Your warranty is now void.
    *
    * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
    * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
    * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
    * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
    * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
    */

    What's working :

    • Boots
    • Audio
    • Wifi
    • Bluetooth
    • Sensors
    • RIL
    • OTG (USB On-The-Go)
    • GPS
    • Camera
    • AOD

    Known issuses:
    • NFC is (possibly) broken
    • Maybe more

    Instructions:

    • Download the latest build and gapps
    • Flash my TWRP via install image in your current TWRP or flash it via ODIN
    • Reboot to recovery
    • Flash the latest build and gapps
    • Reboot

    Reporting Bugs

    • DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
    • Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
    • If it is a random reboot, grab /proc/last_kmsg. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)

Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

The camera does not work so I can't use Instagram or Snapchat

Then go back to stock and use it, or build LINEAGE YOURSELF.
I got no obligation to fix stuff, I'm doing this on my own free will.
Don't feel so priviledged to ask me to fix stuff. I'll fix it in time, currently it doesn't work and it can't be done in a day, to make this boot I've been working on it for a month. So sit your ass down and wait for updates.

For all the people checking my android file host, and reporting that 20180318 version doesn't work , I'm AWARE DON'T BE NOUSY AROUND MY AFH, IF IT ISN'T IN THE THREAD DON'T USE IT, I LEFT THE 0314 VERSION FOR A REASON.

    ------ DO NOT IGNORE -----

Due to the fact that hardly any of you seem able to read and follow simple instructions, I'm going to provide clear ones here.

    What's working:

RIL - This is your SIM card, so mobile data works, as do calls and texts.
GPS - This has worked since the first build, it just wasn't mentioned, apologies.
    Audio/Video Playback
    USB-OTG (Fixed in newest build)

    -----------------------------------------------------------------
What's Broken (That we know of)

    Bluetooth
    Camera
    NFC
    ----------------

    Installation instructions.

    Download this recovery: http://samsungroms.tk/owncloud/index.php/s/ukdvAfjAZ7aK6wc

Ensure you have done a factory erase.

    Flash.

    Install GAPPS if needed

    Done.

Most importantly, please don't ask for features whilst we still have bugs, this has been posted with the intention of getting people to help test this. So no, Snapchat doesn't work. And if you ask for substratum you're gonna get laughed at

    Thanks from
    @bluedogerino @theashleyd123
