Flashed it, its smooth and the colors are dark instead of the white stock lollipop its really good but i cant lose the volume rocker wake since my power button is getting hard to press

Hmmm i had constantly system ui crashes... wasn´t able to to anything except rebooting into recovery.

You need to switch your home app in trought the settings in the status bar , here is working fine after this.

I liked your rom so much, but i have some issues with the camera. i hope you can continue with this awesome project :good:

It is crashing when the menu for alternate selections of applications is used - i.e. for any situation where there are more than one methods of handling something. The crashing launcher is only one case of this, others can happen if you install Chrome for instance and you are asked to select which browser to open for a link etc.
