Can charge of the battery percentage be solved?

I have tried calibrating battery... It didn't work.

And another problem is, I am not receiving call notification for jio sim(sim 1). Tried putting jio in sim 2.but still doesn't work. It happens with all the cyanogenmod based rom. Have you any solution?
