TeamHorizon's XenonHD rom for Xiaomi Mi Max 2 (Oxygen)

XenonHD

XenonHD is a custom firmware aka ROM for various Android devices. It is based on LineageOS 14.1 with additional features, performance and battery life improvements.

The idea behind XenonHD is to give users a ROM that is "blazing fast, rock stable and buttery smooth".

Flashing Instructions:

1. Install latest custom Recovery such as TWRP
2. Flash the latest firmware (very important developer preferred )
3. Copy the downloaded ROM to your phone.
4. Boot into your recovery
5. Back up your ROM
6. Enter recovery
7. Make a full wipe (system, data, cache, dalvik)
8. Install the ROM
9. Install GAPPS package
10. Reboot - the first boot can take up to 5 minutes

GCam Installation

It's to get gcam working and get brilliant hdr+ shots, portrait mode and 120 fps slow motion video.

Gcam enabler module: Google Drive

Gcam app: Google Drive

FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW WORD FOR WORD:

1. Flash Magisk zip with twrp recovery and reboot.

2. Reboot to recovery and flash the gcam enabler module zip and reboot.

3. Install the Scrubbergcam5 apk and grant all permissions it asks for.

Btwn checked the audio jack by using mxplayer and PowerAmp it works great. Default music player does not work.

For screen color I already mentioned the temp fix. It only happens when we reboot. Otherwise ot works normal.
