How to install Xposed on your Snapdragon S8+

I want to thank the man @elliwigy for making root happen!
I also want to thank @ErnyTech for making Xposed happen also!


Now it's time to share how to install this bad boy on Snapdragon S8+

First, you will need is flash fire and root to make this work!

Make sure you download these files to get Xposed to work people it's an easy way to work

Make sure you get the updated version for link number 1

Installed apk first then in flash fire make you put Android Nougat SDK24 7.0 into the flash zip or ota section

MAKE SURE! you dont check auto-mount and mount/system read/then just hit the check on the top right corner

After let it do its magic and hit flash and ones it boots back up Xposed should be working

Partially Working:
Amplify: convert in System App and change all files permission to 777, SELinux permisive
Flat style bar indicators: works with signal, wifi, clock, battery being themed
Lollistat: module works with some apps
Minminguard: Makes some apps Crash better not use it at the moment
Obb on Sd: works perfectly on SD650/SD820; Works partially on SD835).
Physical Button Music Control: Some Users reported its working, for some not
Snapprefs : SC randomly crash , most of the features don't work BUT saving is okay (via 'Autosave' , not 'save Button')
Use USB for marshmallow

Well, I'm officially getting old I guess...

Was hoping to see if root cloak works and I see that hasn't been supported for a while. So, I went ahead and uninstalled using the uninstaller.zip arm64 for sdk 24, most recent version.

Anyone wondering;
Uninstalling, for me, went just as easy as installing.

Sounds like everything, for 7.0+ is still in beta/testing by rovo so do all this at your own risk.

I don't see the point in uninstalling because root clock doesn't work though, eitherway you can't use Knox or SafetyNet so might as well have Xposed.

Also there is another module called No Device Check which lets you use simpler apps like Snapchat, Mario Run, Pokemon GO etc... no Android Pay though.

Cool. Awesome dude ! This community is amazing ! I will install when a i get home ! and hey we should keep installing modules and then the OP should insert the ones that work into the main post. If you wanted to. Just a suggestion, because a lot of people will ask what works and what doesn't unless there is a list already. Thanks for the information. !
