Instructions

This is a Rom base for devs. I will not support / answer noob questions.
This ROM uses SD-EXT as data partition. If you don't have one don't try this rom, it wont boot

1. Prepare SD card with SD-EXT as ext4
2. Download Latest Release and cm recovery from link below
2. Install CM-Recovery using fastboot flash recovery recovery.img. latest TWRP from Ivanich
3. Boot into recovery
4. Install Rom by adb sideload <Rom.zip> as usual
5. Hit Thanks

Thanks man. I've managed to install with adb sideload(twrp by ivanich) and windows 10. Was a bit pain in the a$$.$ tho.
Small bugs:
1. File manager(stock): Unable to gain the required privileges to function, but ES works great(adb push-ed)
2. Few random reboots, but totally expected.
Among that, everyhing is working. Definitely smoother than Lollipop.

I tried all MM gapps, with some i got bootloop with some phone is unusable(black screen, reboots etc).

Sent from my m8 using Tapatalk
not sure if this will help, I have had issues with LP GAPPS at times and found that if you boot into the os then dlear the data for play store and play services then immediately reboot this can resolve some instability issues.
not boot loops though.

I see it is for devs as i wont be maintaining the rom once it gets stable. There is no difference in rom for dev or noob. If you want you can use this rom people are saying they are able to flash it using ivanich's twrp. The reason adb sideload is needed because right now i dont have any other stable recovery for Marshmallow.

I havent tried any gapps yet. Its really early stage. All the code in CM is not merged, tbh i wasnt expecting it to work this early. CM has not even started building any msm8960 device.
