Hello,

This is a long shot but hope you can help.

I rooted a spare device to test something, no custom rom was installed, the standard one was retained on the device.

I have downloaded the necessary ROM from SamMobile and while the phone is now booting ok, I am unable to enrol it in my companies MDM solution as it states there is a custom ROM installed and device is compromised.

Is there a way to reset this so that I can enrol it again?

Thanks

When you rooted you likely tripped the efuse which will not change. Your phone will always show as Knox 0x1 (if memory serves me correctly) and will be classed as compromised.
