We only tested it to work on plk-l01.
Don't use it on any other device.

Installation Guide

Pre-Setup:
*********
0) Make sure to use B330 - B380

https://mega.nz/#!hAl2WZBC!9G05gmfD_sQJ6IOHbS_rt153DSU9nz58OnqMxTPknH4

http://opengapps.org/
6) Download SuperSU
https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/supersu/download/zip/SuperSU-v2.79-201612051815.zip
7) Download xposed (optional - e.g. for smartkey functionality)
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811
8) Copy all above onto your sdcard
9) Factory Wipe in twrp only
!!!) No Cache/Dalvik Wipe in any procedure

Flashing ROM

2) After about 5 minutes the flashing process is finished

3) Run xposed-installer and choose install via recovery
4) let the app reboot to recovery and process
5) reboot to system
6) open xposed and check if xposed api is working

--------------------------------------
Troubleshooting
--------------------------------------
SD Card:
- Several users had to format their SD card after flashing this rom by using the built in format-tool which is offered after setting up the device checking the notification bar.

Camera App:
- cm13 stock camera app does not work with zoom, and video quality is bad. We advise you use the camera app of your choice which should fix any poor quality
- other camera apps like open camera has also no zoom functionality

Smart Key
- While Smart Key is an emui feature, it's not present in cm13. You can add and even enhance this feature using the xposed additions app to add functions to any key with rules when and what to act.
You will need to "Allow External Devices" Option with "Miscellaneous" checked
http://repo.xposed.info/module/com.spazedog.xposed.additionsgb

EMUI Features
- Since this is cyanogenmod and not emui, most of the emui specific features such as telephone cleaner, multi-window, knuckle-screenshot, screenshot-video-recording, huawai backup, permission master, etc. - you might love or hate are not available in this rom. with cyanogenmod you get the vanilla android experience, it is smooth and very stable, and up to the closest possible rom getting the original android experience...
- A few features can still be used, such as smart key, most of them rely on having xposed modules

--------------------------------------
EMUI - Comparable Features on CM13
--------------------------------------
Smart Key

--------------------------------------
Other known issues
--------------------------------------
- ADB Device shown as "offline" for a few users (Maybe related to xposed?)
- Recharging Phone when "Off" automatically Boots to Recovery
- Apps which rely on Camera Core also have distorted colors on video
- IRsensor is not working

--------------------------------------

there is no such function in vanilla cm13, in most countries at least in europe call recording is against the law anyhow. that's why you don't find this feature on any stock rom.

if you want cm13 and still insist having this feature, you may add this feature with xposed ...

( i haven't tried it though )

Or you can just install ACR app.
"Call Recorder - ACR" (com.nll.acr) from Google Play works for me.

I think that the fact that swipe-fingerprint-scanner-to-open-notification-shade-gesture is missing is worth mentioning. I, personally, really loved this gesture.

I found a xposed module that should handle this - couldn't get working this fingerprint gesture. But the tap-on-sensor-to-go-back is working !
The module is called "Fingerprint Quick Action"

i have tried that one, i think the version u get from xposed 0.10 is nowhere near the function from emui... swiping the finger print as well as tapping almost didn't work at all. i almost never got any response at all.

Tapping is working fine for me, but swapping doesn't respond at all

@endrancer

THX! Good job well done!

but i have 4 questions:

1.) isn’t it necessary and recommanded to delete saved fingerprints before doing a factory reset and flashing the CM13 rom? @papsi has written about that at his web-side!

2.) Not only TWRP 3.0.2 should work, @papsi177 has recommanded TWRP 2.8.7.0 of smiki at his page!
Is it possible to use it too?

3.) @papsi177 recommand to do factory wipe in TWRP only! Not with the EMUI function. Is it absolutely necessary to do in TWRP?

4.) as @papsi177 has written, it is suggested to remove sim pin code in front of flashing his rom! Did you forgot to add this suggestion?

Edit: corrected some facts and added question 3.&4

It is strongly recommended delete all saved fingerprints in EMUI befor flashing)
2.8.7.0 is also recommended)

i'm not the rom author, i am just providing the summery page and trying to keep all informations we gather in one neat place so if we confirm other versions of twrp work as well i'll happily update it, so keep informations flowing and i'll edit as i have already done a few times.

Last one works fine (v87).
You have to flash zip from twrp, and then install apk to download modules

I installed APK first, it's prompting you to install via twrp, which you can also do that way.

Buddy I know! ;) "Good job" i wrote, because you have made this thread!

anyway....

after reading @papsi177 webpage, i recommand to complete your tutorial with the following points:

1.) Please delete all saved fingerprints before installing this rom!
2.) Do the factory wipe only inside of TWRP!
3.) Remove the sim pin before you install this rom!

Btw, if i have time , i will post fix for IR sensor on my blog for shared rom.

Sent from my HUAWEI HONOR-7 using XDA Labs
Well, IR Sensor+PlayMarket Fix here Flash it via twrp over the rom. Try it, or you will wait 1000 years fix from community..
    3
yeah i assume tapatalk is quite an aggressive app, i have them on my hilbernation list as it's not of importance to see if there's a reply, but do you mean if aggressive doze is not activated it still won't go to sleep?

i activated doze now to see if there's still all push messages i want to get as well as if it has a benefit.

    ...

i tried to mirror on a host but it allowed only 250 per file which canceled out. any recommendations to put a mirror?

    ...

i am not completely happy with this rom... mainly because i am missing the finger print swipe, the camera - hasn't found a replacement app there, and a few things which bother me.

i feel not like flashing emui right now, but just because i would not be able to think about which rom/kernel i'd go for...........................................
Well, actually emui has some cool feature to keep (camera app, IR remote app and some more things) but it is nothing compared of what I win with CM (smooth multitasking, root/xposed, better interface as I prefer stock android,...). And greenify is freezing app that I don't want to run in background, and I still get my WhatsApp (and more) notifications :)

It's my choice, I wasn't using those fingerprint gestures so no big deal for me ?

BTW I may have some clue to explain why pepsi was so strange : he already worked on another ROM for honor 2, and he has been insulted for his management of his releases on XDA,... That's why he doesn't like this community, and why he wants to stop public releases... Even if we were praising his work a lot. I feel sorry for him, but he's older now, he could forget the past and enjoy being a kind of "hero".

Multi Window can be enabled with build prop editor: persist.sys.debug.multi_window=true
    2
Yeah, it is the real deal, at least it's looking and working like the one on the pixel.. to enable it, you need Xposed and the Android N-ify Module which you can easily find in the download section of the Xposed app..
With N-ify on your phone, you just need to download another Xposed module called assistant enabler.. and voila, long pressing the home button will open you google assistant... I really love it

I didn't observe that one, maybe I'll try later today, if I have this issue, too..

---------- Post added at 01:09 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:03 PM ----------

In my case the battery consumption is quite OK, could always be better of course.. If I'm not watching videos with brightest screen possible, playing 3D Games the whole day, or Rebooting every 5min due to Xposed modules I want to try, battery lasts one day and that's enough for me.
BTW I'm using Greenify and don't have many apps installed...

check with better battery stats, for me it said the device is never in deepsleep when i had vodafone active, which resulted in a one day charge. after freezing the app i get approximately two days. you can find some screenshot like one or two pages back.

i already figured out the xposed assistant enabler. had N-ify already

don't know if i want nova launcher + theme though... is it better?

greenify is on my list as well, not applying on everything though
    @dws199xda:
you need to check the setting for misc key support. otherwise it won't be recognized.
