Is there any flashable zip for change all system apps icon?
Yes. This is impossible. You need to ask your Rom Dev for Mod it. Me for example I made a mod for change old version of my icons, in the Rom I work.

There are Two ways:

1. With a Computer:
METHOD 1:
[None knowlegement + More insecure and sometimes incompatible]
[Previous Knoledgement + More Secure and compatible than Method 1]

- Have a Copy of the apk in your desk
- Have Install WinRAR/7zip [You need to have support to open compressed files]
- Go to the apk in your desk, and open it like a Zip
- Navigate inside "res" folder
- And after this you will see a lot of folders
- Open xxhpdi [or your device screen] folders and search for the ".png" file that shows the icon
- Replace the icon for the one you want
- TIP: in stock apps [Like Camera, Browser, etc...] usually exist mipmap folders. And in this folders the ".png" icon will be there
- Now close it, and you have your apk themed

- Install Advanced ApkTool from Here [Lastest Version] [Thanks to @BDFreak]
- Be sure you have Java 8 + Java SDK or higger
- Open the Advanced ApkTool and recompile the apk you want
- Go to Step number 4 in the upper part [Method 1]
- Install this app in your phone Apk EDITOR from Playstore [Free App]
- Save the apk you want to edit in in the Local Storage in your phone
- Open it with apkeditor
- And select "replace files"
- Go to step number 4 in the upper part [The Method 1 to Theme]

Its a png...if you don't like it remove it...no necessary to apply all... Apply the icons you want....all these are pngs :laugh:
