No need to delete. The flashable zip a couple of posts before this will replace the existing one upon flashing. :)

I read file updater-script and I think not all ROM have "GalleryGoogle.apk", example, mine is Gallery2.apk, so after flash, old Gallery app still there :D I think we should delete old file by ourselves for sure :D

Cancella Nexus S e scrivi Galaxy Nexus (attento alle maiuscole)
Poi cancelly GalleryGoogle.apk o Gallery2.apk da system/app
Flashi e riavvia ;)

so...first i must delete the old gallery and then flash the new one?

thanks.
You need to delete gallery2.apk from system/app because new and old gallery doesnt have the same name.

Actually you don't need to delete the old gallery. I know that this is what you wanted to say, but probably forgot the word "don't" ;)
I would recommend not to delete the original gallery, because the new one is still a little unstable. About video recording, it works fine for me, as long as I don't tap on the screen when recording. If I do that, it FCs.

on some roms, the existing gallery DOES need to be deleted, since it has a different filename in some roms...

I didnt forget anything. :p not all roms are updated with changed Gallery name, so they have double gallerys.

I still can't manage to open Sphere View or Tiny Planet, IDK what is what. I open via gallery picture I made using Photosphere and I have only 3 buttons. Back, Share and Edit. No "fish-eye" button. I changed language to English (US), device name to Galaxy Nexus, and flashed, deleted, flashed, cleared data of gallery. Still can't get this button to work. I can view pictures only like normal panorama.

It doesnt work to me.

When the rendering finishes the gallery app blocks and when I go to the gallery it shows me a simple image and can't manage to open sphere view or tiny planet. I actually don't have these options .
I tried to delete cache and data of gallery app, wipe cache and fix permissions, tried to delete and reflash but nothing =/
