I flashed it and closed the bootloader and so I got L1 until one day they went down to L3. But I dont care. I am not going to pay companies that want to benefit from their clients and also from hardware manufacturers selling their certificates. The screen comes Dolby Vision certified and it's the only one I care about.

That's my point. Your bootloader was unlocked at some point. The system will know that.
That could be the cause.

My bootloader was unlocked too , but i still have L1 i guess it's only luck or in this case bad luck. But at least you receive notification, i set everything from autostart, to battery optimization (and also some stuff in dev. Mode) with 0 result, if i close the app on the task manager i receive 0 notification. So i guess everyone has his share of bad luck with this tablet.
P.s.
I'm the only one that have problems on 90hz with continuous change of brightness on app like netflix ? On 60hz it works fine (except grey that's absolute s**t)

Hidden files turned on. I can't see it.

I think it might be deleted after the update so it needs to be backed up after download is finished but before running the install.
As I said I can't confirm 100% since I don't use ZUI and also I have a different model, I took the info from here:

Most people I've seen with the widevine issue are people who have had an unlocked bootloader.

Has anyone who has an untouched bootloader lost their widevine?

I had an unlocked bootloader but managed to install stock firmware and lock the bootloader to restore L1. Just updated to 13.0.430 and still got L1.
