how to edit bootlogo. i can not open logo.img. help me

Tutorial how to flash it :

1. Copy zip file into your sdcard
2. Turn off your device and boot into TWRP Recovery
3. Click on TWRP Install menu
4. Search zip file
5. Flash it WITHOUT WIPE ANYTHING
6. Reboot
