If you don't want to lose your data you must use HOME_CSC file instead CSC.

Hey, it seems that my version changed from german to polish one XEO. So you can see on screen shots that it's not DBT anymore but phone is from there as you can see on the screeshots too. I think I will have to wait longer for XEO version update as it's older than German March 20th. Polish is February 13th...

The csc changes according to the region in which the phone is used, regardless of the its origin. If your sim is polish you will have to wait for the polish update, however you can always flash the multi-csc firmware (German or Switzerland, in practice with XXU inside AP and CP code and OXM inside the CSC code).

Thanks. That's quite of an explanation, I just don't know what OXM is but I think I should rather stay with what's inside and wait for the update. Talked to Samsung, they think it will come this month... But they don't even know that. But it must come, right. Just a little bit of patience.

I would flash it right now if I were you, there is a bunch of new features and improvements !
Here is a subreddit about flashing One UI 2.1 with an OXM multi-csc ROM (like DBT or AUT), hope it will help you.
