man . go to Home Preference > Appearance > Luncher Button Style > AOSP

you will see the change

Sorry bro but the original Xperia ZU launcher works only on android JB, But you can also try the advanced launcher by ra3al it's based on xperia z launcher and it works on ics

problem the the GB launcher even though it shows space for a 4x3 app drawer i can only manage 3x3 app layout...It does not change eve if i drag apps from other screen..

Go to Settings --> Apps --> Manege Apps --> All --> Xperia Home --> Clear Data

I've installed Xperia_Launcher_ZU.apk on CM10.1 and got to say I'm a bit disappointed by the launcher.

All that has been done to make this a "ZU launcher" is the home_apptray_normal.png & home_apptray_pressed.png have been changed, which anyone can do it 2 minutes with 7zip/winrar, I know because I done it on myself on my ZU styled CM10.1 This launcher needs ZU settings and the ZU apptray adding for it to be a ZU launcher.

Sorry I didn't really mean to criticize your effort, just I was expecting a ZU launcher with settings and app draw from ZU launcher. Maybe you could just add to the description of the apk that it is just a look-a-like rather than an actual port of the ZU launcher.

If you mean the xperia advanced launcher for ics/jb the normal widgets will not work like timescape, walkman ....
reed the installation and downloads for it and check xperia z widgets.

i install clockwidget , weather widget , and onofftools widget as normal apk , but its said "application not installed"
