But cant they update via your zip you shared ling back? It should work fine. Or may be the one shared in v10 thread for oreo.
Anyone having issue with call recording, if you have twrp, try flashing this. This worked fine on my v10 emui 8.0

i am from Vietnam. Network signal is good.
only problem is the call recorder doesnt work. i need to install 3rd party app. everything else is good.

which is from p20. the error code is now different. it says wrong sd location, can not save the recordings... maybe edit some config then it can run??

This is 510. You can't install a lower version
How come update arrived for a lower version
