So I was browsing around in the files on my tab's internal that is running cromi-x 5.4. I found in /etc/firmware/ec/ a .rom file that is labelled as the DOCK-EC20N-0207. I have a tf201 dock that has the 206 firmware still and have been looking for a way to update it to the 207. I know if you click multiple times on the dock firmware under about tablet you come to a screen were you can manually update the firmware. Is this the file that i need to do so?

You can try it that way, but if your dock firmware needs updating the rom would have done it automatically on first boot.
