Update from 19s to 21s - Using System Update - Still on 19s???

My X527 came with 16s as the stock ROM.

Upgraded to 19s which gives me the system update option as well as OTA (which says I'm running the latest version).

I want to update to 21s and use the system update method..

Phone starts to load the new update (renamed to "update.zip") progress bar at the bottom of the screen while all of this takes place.

Phone reboots and is still on 19s...?

Any ideas?

Well I downloaded the 23s ROM.

Used factory system update - goes through the routine, progress bar etc.

Comes up with Chinese TWRP after it completes and then I select reboot system...still on 19s?

Any ideas?

Resolved the problem....

Replaced TWRP with stock recovery and all is well now.
