Update from PC Companion

Hi, guys. One simple question since I couldn't find a straight answer. My Xperia mini currently has 4.0.A.2.368 firmware. Today that I connected it with pc companion, the program informed me of a 4.0.A.2.377 update. If I update through PC Companion, will all my apps, settings and stuff be lost like in a restore? Or is like FOTA update that everything is kept? Thanks

Just updated mine FOTA, everything was intact.

Yes I know about FOTA, I am asking for an update through PC Companion

Everything is kept, it's only a small bugfix fw
