Ok I put min to lowest don't know why stock was half way..

Will try to answer all questions.
1. Yes I'm planning to add OC/UV/UC features.
2. Planning to add may be couple of more governors.
3. Add SIO/VR and if I can raw I/O shedulers.
4. More tweaks.
5. Battery life seems better than on ICS. Lost 3% battery over night. Right now after 7 hrs mostly idle I have 97% battery left.
6. Planning to update Linux to latest version.

The process is time consuming.
I'm making some edits.
Compiling kernel.
Flashing it to make sure it works and I didn't break anything.
Pushing new source to github.
Starting over again.
I have to push after every edit so if I break something I have working source to fall back to and won't have to start all over again.
So step by step I'll be adding stuff to kernel.
But no questions about ETA's please.

AGAT_JB_v0.3.0.
Linux 3.0.48
Ktoonservative/CFQ/
384/1512.
Those were my settings over night.
And first time less than 5% drop in 6.5-7 hrs when phone is idle.

I'm on FreeGS myself and have no problems with booting.
I have FreeGS v1.0.0 tho. Didn't try updated version.

Saw the 2.0 version. Installed it on Freegs3 JB 1.0 ROM and tried setting my favorite setting, Ktoon. The min cpu value stays at 1026mhz. Also, conservative is missing in it as well.

I have always used NStools to set values with this kernel.

Flashing 1.0 now to give it a shot.

Fixed

Did not realize that after flashing freegs3 JB v 1.0, superuser was outdated and was not granting superuser to NStools. Updated the binaries in superuser and superuser permission was granted. CPU was then holding at the normal min and high values.

Mine is set 384/1512.
What app are you using to set/check frequencies?

Edit: Just checked with
Kernel Tuner, System Tuner, Voltage control, CPU master.
All showing ktoonservative governor and frequensies 384-1512.

Ktoonservative wasn't present in v0.1.0.
As for su not working, Clark mentioned to me that he had some problems with root in his 1.0.0 version.
I don't know if he fixed it before uploading.

the JB 1.0 i downloaded last night worked fine. I read somewhere that he updated it for those who were losing root.

Superuser, for me at least, just needed a manual update in the app itself for it to grant superuser permission for other apps. Only reason I realized that is that it usually pops up on the screen showing that permissions were granted for NStools. After JB, it didnt pop up until I updated.

I scored over 8200 yesterday. Running v0.3.0

It should because if you use the correct governor it will ensure that the second CPU is in sleep mode unless it is needed to process phone requests. I have used Agat's kernel with ICS Roms like FreeGS3 and it has run great.

Thinking about getting this kernel out. But stock kernel is pretty good do far...but 8251 on antutu and 6300 on quadrant... once we can overclock, gonna be crazy what these numbers will jump too
