Easiest way is to make sure you don't have any other busybox installed and run RecRoot v4 install bat file via pc.I have been using your most recent 6.0.1 ROM and it works great. Somehow I just lost recovery and therefore can't access TWRP for flashing ZIPs. Other than that loss, the tablet works just fine. What compatible recovery image do you suggest I use to restablish the recovery capability?
While it took a little bit to find RecRoot V4, after I did and used it that did it. So, thanks so much for your very timely response to my need.Easiest way is to make sure you don't have any other busybox installed and run RecRoot v4 install bat file via pc.
There is german language in this rom to choose if I remember correctly.Hello,
I want to install this ROM. But I need the german language. Is german pre-installed or can I do this after installing this ROM? Thank you for your help.
Might be app called memory. At least it have same version number.I just got a notice on my tablet that an OTA update is available. Version 1.1.A.0.1, 1.3MB. What could this be? Weird version number, very small size. ???
To actually fix your bootloop issue I suggest that you follow instructions from post #256.@kulvertti
My xperia z2 tablet is the SGP511... so I installed the flashable 23.5.A.1.291 zip, and its getting a bootloop. If you could upload the correct firmware ill be very grateful... or the custom 219 kernel so i can make the SGP511 flashable zip. Thanks
Hi kulvertti, it might be worth putting this link and saying it may be needed in your original post underneath the ROM download link to stop people complaining about it not working and you having to reply. I know that I had to install it on mine to get it to work and it seems lots of others did.Nice to see you are making your own ROMs. To fix bootloop issue download "bootloop fix" from here: https://mega.nz/#!AJcwERiQ!FUmk6eS5aoVsFSZ1f4WZIELIt7sckPCj11n0AIdCNzU
(Credits @niaboc79 and @machao44) and flash it with TWRP.
