Flash SuperSU again manually and it works. After switching from CM to Stock you should make a full Wipe.Can I flash this comming from cm12.1? using twrp? or this is only flasheable using flashtool?

No....not working for me....I always make a full wipe when I flash my devices with a new rom.Flash SuperSU again manually and it works. After switching from CM to Stock you should make a full Wipe.

Its working for you? Can you use the esfile explorer to delete or rename a file in system?

You should relock the bootloader.root its partialy working....I mean root work but I cant make system writable....so...its not a full root.
