This Lollipop update of P7 just simply destroyed the phone. I went back to Kitkat B623 firmware and its just perfect for the device. I advice everyone to just let go for this LL update because Huawei itself cannot provide decent LL update for there P7 users, youre just going to waste ur time on trying to use the LL while suffering to its very poor performance and too much bugs. Well, its a wonderful device actually, but the company itself cannot deliver their updates flawlessly. #LettingGo.

Can somebody who is in the beta report that snapchat still has issues with loading filters and crashes sometimes, and that the navigation and statusbar aren't translucent in third party launchers, and put in a function for disabling lock screen (for third party lock screen)

Hey guys, I have tested this new update for a few days and I'm need to say that I'm glad with this new fix. Not 100% because:

- using Facebook app is now working. Didn't stuck or freeze. Any of you guys if still stuck or freeze, just uninstall the app and then reinstall.
- battery is ok, didn't see any improvement. I can say it is slightly bit more use then KitKat, but overall it's ok
- notification for some apps (Whatsapp, Messenger, Flashscore, Skype) sometimes works sometimes doesn't. But keep in mind that if you are using Wi-Fi you must set Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep = Always otherwise when you lock your screen it will cut the network.

PS: Overall I'm pleased with this so I will remain on it :)

RoyalCasino: yes the music player looks the same as yours.

He has the music llayer from the B851 firmware for the p7-l07, but those online music features and huawei id are only available in limited countrys, i am in the netherlands and for me none of those services worked. But i still prefer that music player from that firmware cause huawei did not really fix the speed issue, still is too slow when using the stock music player from B830/839.

Hello everyone, so i have this version: P7- L10V100R001C150B132
I had one small update, around 150 mb and thats all. Can I update without factory reset, just to update on 5.1.1? or I need to wait until they roll out for this version lollipop?

Installed it, everything went good but phone feels kinda laggy, why is that?
Try setting screen resolutuon to 720 p in the setting below energy savings. For me all apps now run smoothly even snapchat while switching filters.

Somehow there is a bug when using normal screen resolution, wich lags the phone and cause some problems. I find this very weird cause the cpu and all other hardware can handle this perfectly.

I have a little problem, when i'm browsing, there is a little bit of hicups, also in some apps like instagram, and the square at the bottom od huawei is also llgetting hicups, there is more than 1 GB od RAM free so phone shouldnt to this, also i put screen on 720p, not default 1080p. What shouldnt I do? As far I can remember, I didn't have this problem on KK. Here is the screenshot..
Its in my language, it says that 1.13 GB is free od 2 gb.
